From an early age Jessy Singh always had enjoyed food, this passion has evolved over time, experimenting with his craft, tastes, platting and design of his dishes.
Jessy’s career has seen him work within a variety of restaurants, He has been Head Chef at The Courthouse Hotel in Newtown and Biviano’s in Dural.
In 2014, Jessy embarked on a culinary journey in Adelaide. He was inspired by the unique dining culture, that embraced many cultures and cuisines. Inspired by his experience, Jessy launched Cucina Locale in December 2015.
Cucina Locale is Italian for local kitchen. The restaurant’s menu pays homage to its Italian brand through handmade cuisine. The menu still stays true to the Italian cuisine’s philosophy of simple food done right with local ingredients to create mouth-watering creations. Jessy has built an award-winning restaurant with a passionate team, sensational menu and an exceptional dining experience.
