Cucina Locale secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all customer data collected is secured against unauthorized use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.

We receive and store information you enter on our website or give us in any other way from time to time. You may provide basic contact information such as your name, date of birth, phone number, address, and email address to enable us to send information or process your product order and we may also collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, change your content or email preferences, respond to a survey, or communicate with our customer support.
We may use personal information collected from you for the purpose of providing you with direct marketing material, updates regarding our website and information in the form of a newsletter. This will only apply if you have registered or subscribed to such publications by registering your details with us. Terms and Conditions
Gift Cards may be combined with other forms of payment such as accepted major credit card or cash.
Guest charges in excess of the card’s stored value may be settled with cash or accepted major credit card.
Guest may carry a balance of unused portion of gift for future use at venue.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are non-refundable.
Gift cards prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All Gift Cards should be purchased at the nominal value and are not subject to discount.
Gift cards will not be re-issued in case of loss or theft.
As per recent legislative changes to gift card expiry dates, all gift cards sold from 31 March 2018 are valid for 3 years from the date of sale.
Any balance on a gift card which is not redeemed within the validity date cannot be used after the expired date.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
All gift cards will incur an administration and postage fee. Fees are subject to change.

Management reserves the right to vary terms and conditions at any time.
Cucina Locale charges a transaction fee to recover the costs it incurs for card payments and Paypal. The transaction fee will be capped at a maximum of $15.
All valid and unused gift vouchers are fully transferable. Cucina Locale accepts no responsibility for any stolen or fraudulent gift vouchers. It is the holder’s responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the gift voucher(s).
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly address gifts, whether by email, post or courier. Cucina Locale cannot be held responsible for any damaged, missing or delayed orders where incorrect or incomplete delivery details (address and, if relevant, appropriate delivery instructions) have been provided.
A redelivery charge will apply (depending on the delivery method chosen) if the item is lost after receipt, if the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery, if the delivery address is incorrect or if there is no safe place to leave the item.
Cucina Locale is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of a gift voucher via email being blocked by filters or firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been entered by the purchaser. If the recipient does not receive the email gift voucher, please contact us immediately.
Standard post-delivery is via Australia Post. We do not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or delay as a result of using Australia Post’s service. If for any reason your gift voucher doesn’t arrive, please contact us immediately and we can arrange for the gift voucher emailed to you free of charge.
